"Max & our son are the best of buddies. He has a very good life where we live on a large farm. So Max is always free to roam. He is never tied on a chain or confined to a cage. He also has a best buddy, our cat Peterman. Thanks for letting him be part of our family."-D.H.
"Scarlet is a puppy that we kept out of Sunshine's 1st litter back in 1998. She is a very active dog who loves people & learning new tricks. Some of them include: sit, lay, stay, roll-over, shake, speak, and her favorite- retrieving!

5 minutes & the most important question you'll ever be asked:
Max M. @ 3 months
Houston, TX
"Max has a daily routine which includes lounging in my husband's recliner when he is not looking. He is getting sweeter every day. I never realized that these dogs were so sweet & extremely smart. He still is a puppy & bites us constantly, but he has calmed down now that he and my Husky get along so well. Thanks so much for this wonderful dog."-M.M.
Bailey @ 9 weeks & 1 year old
Dallas, TX
Shadow @ 5 months
Castro Valley, California
Shadow is getting bigger & bigger everyday. He has really turned into the cutest puppy, with enough patience & friendliness to make anyone love him. He's more obedient than we would have ever imagined, and he enjoys being taken on walks daily. He seems more playful & playful everyday, and we don't know what we could do without him anymore!

Doc H.
@ 7 months
Diboll, TX
Gunny @ 10 months & @ 2 years old
San Diego, TX
"Gunny is a big boy now and spoiled rotten. We have taken him to the ranch now, and he loves it. He chases us on the four wheeler, and sometimes he likes to ride on it. He is very smart and very loveable. I just wish he could talk. He still runs with me just about everyday, and is very protective of me. He is great with children. I could keep going and going, but I am short of time."-R.J

Cypress, TX

Lacy @ 7 months old
Lufkin, TX
....She is the most jealous dog around! She cannot stand for anyone to be receiving any attention other than herself. It's so funny! She knows her basic commands & is a quick learner. She still loves the trampoline, being muddy, & prefers being outdoors rather than being inside.....Lacy seems to be an exact replica of Grace. She is so funny; she keeps us laughing at one thing or another almost every day! She loves to tease our Cocker Spaniel with anything she can find. Whether it's a chew toy or an old sock, she will go drop it right infront of Ariel, just daring her to try to get it from her.... -D.F.
Buddy Luv
Houston, TX
Riley B. @ 2 & 8 months old
Amherst, NY
....a very energetic puppy who loves to run, run, & run! He's so gentle yet strong as can be. He spends his days playing in the mud, playing fetch with all of us, chasing squirrels & napping in my lap. He's such a great puppy!

Sineah @ 1 year old Humble, TX
Wrangler @ 4 years old
Lake Charles, LA
Deno @ 8 weeks old
Houston, TX
son of Grace
Hope all is well with you, children, & the furry ones. Just wanted to let you know that Deno is now a therapy dog. He passed his test and the AKC Good Citizen one. I am so proud of him. He will be working at Memorial Herman Northeast Hosital. Hoping to be able to get him into hospice also. He is a doll and weighs in at 83 lbs. Smooches and licks to all your Goldens & hugs for your kids.

Gayla @ 6 months old
Lockhart, TX
Gayla is doing well - happy & healthy.....She is at my feet constantly: the bathroom, while I take a shower, cooking in the kitchen, the office, bedside while I sleep, along side the horse when grooming...literally every step I take, she is there.
She is very sweet and considerate of elderly little dogs. My sister has a very old Dauchshund that we babysit occasionally. She is blind, has suffered strokes, and usually somewhat confused. But Gayla will "lead" her around and stay with her while outside.

Colonel @ 4 years old
Cypress, TX
Colonel has been an AKC Good Citizen Dog for about 2 years now. We joined Critters for Christ, a therapy dog organization, in 2006. He makes regular visits to nursing homes, a rehabilitation hospital, and REACH - a school for mentally retarded adults. He has been asked to start a pilot program in Cy-Fair ISD, to help elementary
children improve reading skills.
He loves going on our family campouts and soccer games. His favorite times are those spent on the family farm in Brenham, TX. We're so thaknful to have him in our family.
He has brought unbelievable joy to us and many others!
